Everybody knows that in order to lose weight you have to keep your calories in a deficit. You have to keep close track. This book is so helpful for that. I can't have my phone with me all the time so apps do me no good. I have everything right there in my journal. Meals I eat, how much water I drink, my weight, and I can keep other notes to keep me on the right track.
